Romblon State College – Pushing aggressively for excellence HUMBLE BEGINNINGS Romblon State College is one of the oldest institutions of learning in Southern Tagalog Region. Founded in 1914 as the Odiongan Farm School, it initially offered intermediate course in agriculture with emphasis on the fundamental agricultural practices.
