Humble beginnings The Camarines Sur State Agricultural College is located in Barangay San Jose, Municipality of Pili, Province of Camarines Sur. The main campus stands on a seven hundred forty-four (744) hectare reservation proveded for under Proclamation No. 568 issued on March 30, 1935 and Proclamation No. 626 dated October 18, 1933.
