What does an A&E test passer do after
results are released?

An A&E Test passer gets the following documents:

What Where When

1. CERTIFICATION
For those residing within NCR and nearby
provinces
((upon
request) � a whole single page document signed by the Director IV (BALS)
or by the Regional Director of NCR and/or Schools Division
Superintendent certifying that he/she passed the test.

- Bureau of Alternative Learning System (BALS) DepEd
Central Office, 3/F Mabini Bldg., Meralco Avenue, Pasig City;
1. Bring A&E Test admission slip.
2. Those in shorts and slippers are not allowed to enter DepEd
Complex.

- Filing:
Monday-Friday 8 a.m. � 5 p.m.
- Release: Next working day

Outside NCR, Certification may be claimed at
the:
 

- Office of the Regional Director; or
- Office of the Schools Division Superintendent

Individual Test
Result (those who failed will also receive this document)
ISSUED ONLY ONCE

- DepEd Division Office where the testing center
administratively belongs
- Ex. If testing center is Makati Elem.School, claim at DepEd
Division of
Makati City

- May 2009  
3. Certificate/Diploma
ISSUED ONLY ONCE

- DepEd Division Office where the testing center

- October 2009
